Thank you for considering our limousine company for your transportation needs. The following terms and conditions govern the use of our services, please read them carefully:

  1. Reservation and Payment: A reservation must be made in advance to guarantee availability. The reservation can be made through our website, email or phone. Payment for services can be made using credit card, debit card, or cash.

  2. Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time to avoid cancellation fees. If the cancellation is made less than 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time, the full fare will be charged.

  3. No-Show Policy: If the passenger fails to show up at the scheduled pickup location and does not contact us to cancel the reservation, the full fare will be charged.

  4. Vehicle Substitution: We reserve the right to substitute the reserved vehicle with another vehicle of equal or greater value in case of unforeseen circumstances.

  5. Smoking and Alcohol: Smoking and consuming alcohol are strictly prohibited in our vehicles. Violation of this policy will result in immediate termination of the service and a cleaning fee will be charged.

  6. Damage to the Vehicle: Passengers are responsible for any damage caused to the vehicle during the service. The repair cost will be charged to the credit card on file.

  7. Liability: We are not responsible for any injury or loss of property during the service. Passengers are responsible for their own safety and personal belongings.

  8. Schedule Changes: Any changes to the schedule must be communicated to us at least 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time.

  9. Additional Charges: Additional charges may apply for waiting time, extra stops, and excess luggage. These charges will be communicated to the passenger before the service is provided.

  10. Gratuity: A 20% gratuity will be added to the fare for the driver.
